JTR Heating and Air Conditioning offer clean and checks on air conditioners and furnaces. Regular service of your equipment can save you thousands of dollars over the long haul in energy costs. Regular service potentially avoids costly future repairs by catching the problems early, in the LESS expensive stages, that could possibly leave you without air or heat when you and your family most need it.

We also offer customers a PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR PLAN which provides security and peace of mind should those unexpected situations ever arise which compromise your home comfort. This provides coverage to our customers, making sure your needs are met in emergency situations. This also helps extend the life of your heating and cooling systems because the plan INCLUDES annual clean and checks on your equipment.
- One comprehensive annual performance tune-up and safety inspection on either one furnace and hot water heater, or one air conditioner.
- Scheduling at a time that’s convenient for you.
- Replacement of thermocouple if needed (up to $90 value; heating plan only).
- Additional equipment can be added to tailor plan to your needs.
We have auto debit for our PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR PLAN for customers who prefer to pay the low monthly payments, rather than all at once.
